Katie – AKA “Mama Bear”. Runs the office and reigns Pat and his entrepreneurial spirit in when needed.

Jeff is a natural fit with the PSR team. He brings over 25 years of hands-on industry experience and a deep well of knowledge to every project. Jeff thrives on detailed, complex builds and is most passionate about turning a homeowner’s vision in to a space they truly love. When he’s not on site or collaborating with the team, you’ll find him traveling with his family or cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Marian joined the PSR team in 2020. She is a graduate of the Knowlton School of Architecture at OSU, where she discovered a passion for architectural theory and visual design. When she isn’t in the office she enjoys gardening, backpacking, and playing with her dogs, Millie and Bear.

Becky brings over 10 years of experience in sales, including 7 years working directly in homes, where she excels at clear communication, building rapport, and creating personalized experiences. Inspired by the motto, “Don’t be like the rest of them, darling” (Coco Chanel), she is dedicated to making every client interaction thoughtful and memorable. When she’s not working with clients, Becky enjoys reading and spending time with friends.
